HajjiApps is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how Abdelkarim Hajji handles information across all iOS applications published on the Apple App Store under the HajjiApps name. We collect only the minimum data needed to operate — your personal information is never sold or shared with advertisers.
Who This Applies To
This policy applies to anyone who downloads, installs, or uses any HajjiApps application. By using our apps, you agree to the practices described here.
Data We Collect
Information you share with us — when contacting support, you may provide your email address, a description of your issue, and device details. This is used only to help you and is never shared with third parties.
Automatically collected data — to improve stability, our apps may collect anonymised crash reports, feature usage statistics, and device/OS version. This data cannot be linked back to you as an individual.
What We Never Collect
- Your real name, phone number, or physical address
- Your location or GPS data
- Your contacts, photos, or files (unless explicitly required by a feature you activate)
- Any data for advertising or marketing purposes
Advertising & Third-Party SDKs
Third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob) may collect anonymous device identifiers (like IDFA on iOS) strictly for ad delivery and frequency capping.
All ad SDKs are completely bypassed and deactivated once a subscription is active. Zero ad-related tracking for premium accounts.
Local Data Storage
Your subscription status and app preferences are stored locally on your device (SharedPreferences). This data never leaves your device and is not uploaded to any external server. Deleting the app removes it entirely.
Your Rights
Ask what personal data HajjiApps holds about you — we'll provide a clear answer within 30 days.
Request deletion of any personal data (including support emails) at any time. Confirmed within 30 days.
Support emails are kept for up to 12 months then permanently deleted. Anonymised technical data has no defined limit.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party — no exceptions.
Children's Privacy
Our apps are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our app, contact us immediately and we will delete it without delay.
Policy Updates
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in our apps or legal requirements. Significant updates will be noted in the App Store release notes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Free vs Premium
Most apps are free to download. Optional purchases unlock premium features.
Core features available to all users. Ads may appear to support development. Ad SDKs are active.
All features unlocked, ads fully removed, all ad SDKs deactivated. Priority support included.
Managing & Cancelling
You control your subscription directly through Apple:
- Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Find the app and tap Cancel Subscription
- You keep premium access until the end of the current billing period
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a request. If you need help navigating the process, email us and we'll guide you.

By downloading, installing, or using any HajjiApps application, you agree to these Terms of Use. These terms are kept simple and fair — they exist to protect both you and the developer. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
HajjiApps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service. This does not transfer ownership of the app or its contents — all rights not expressly granted are reserved by Abdelkarim Hajji.
Prohibited Use
When using any HajjiApps application, you agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any app
- Use the app for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Bypass, damage, or disrupt any security features
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the app without written permission
- Impersonate HajjiApps or misrepresent any association with Abdelkarim Hajji
- Use the app for commercial resale without explicit written authorisation
Intellectual Property
All app content — design, icons, code, text, and graphics — is the exclusive intellectual property of Abdelkarim Hajji, protected by copyright and applicable law. Using the app does not grant you any rights over this content.
Limitation of Liability
Apps are provided "as is" and "as available." No guarantee is made that they will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abdelkarim Hajji is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the apps. Maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim.
Changes & Termination
These terms may be updated to reflect app changes or applicable law — significant changes will appear in App Store release notes. HajjiApps may also discontinue or restrict access to any app at any time. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your right to use the app.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tangier, Morocco, unless local consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
