1 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any application published by Abdelkarim Hajji on the Apple App Store, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
These terms are kept simple and fair. They exist to protect both you as a user and HajjiApps as the developer — nothing more.
2 License to Use
HajjiApps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app on any Apple device you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service and these terms.
This license does not transfer any ownership of the app or its contents to you. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Abdelkarim Hajji.
3 In-App Purchases
Some apps offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions to unlock additional features. All payments are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. HajjiApps does not store or process any payment or card information directly.
To manage, cancel, or request a refund for a subscription, go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or visit Apple's Report a Problem page.
4 Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the app or applicable law. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the new terms. We will note significant changes in the App Store release notes.
